Each training session usualy starts with the students line up based on their grade. White belts in the back and higher grades to the front. Black belts will be on the other side of the Dojo facing the students.
The whole class will then do several exercise to warm up the muscles, followed by stretching. The students will then be seperated in to groups of similar belt grades and each instructor will take a small group to teach the relevant exercises from the syllabus.
After the teaching the students usually get the time to demonstrate what they have learned in front of the whole class.
This alone is a great confidence builder not only for the little ones!
